Job Description:
We are looking for Independent Contractors to transcribe work on an as available basis. Work is made available through our cloud-based portal. We pay by the recorded minute, bi-weekly via direct deposit to your bank account. Clients require a criminal background check which you must present to us. We have a mock interview test which we require to be typed verbatim and punctuated correctly. My company has been in business since 1994 and is listed in the GSA and is certified as a woman-owned small business. We are a fully remote workplace, but our main office is in Palm Harbor, Florida. We install a VPN and transcription module on your computer which gives you secure access to our typing pool. We provide client required templates in MS Word and style requirements for each client. You must sign an agreement which includes a non-disclosure and non-solicitation.
Job Requirements:
Must be a US citizen or U.S. legal resident
Must have no record of arrest
Must be able to pass a mock transcription test
Must have excellent hearing skills and be able to punctuate the spoken word
