I am a graduate of General Transcription: Theory and Practice, a comprehensive course offered by Transcribe Anywhere and approved by the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers (AAERT).

I have advanced skills using Microsoft Office including track changes in Word. I offer transcription services primarily, but I also have experience using PowerPoint and Publisher for preparing marketing materials, and I have done large-scale projects involving scanning and compiling documents into searchable, indexed PDF files.
